Official Announcement – KarmaKhaos Inc. & The Next Evolution

KarmaKhaos Productions has now officially evolved into KarmaKhaos Inc. and has filed for S-Corp status with the IRS.

Now, as any astute student of the system would do, I will be leveraging every legal loophole available to ensure this enterprise operates as efficiently and strategically as the elite do—minimizing taxation while maximizing legal protections.

Next Phase: The 501(c)(3) Religious Entity

In addition to the S-Corp, I will be establishing a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt religious organization with a clearly defined mission statement, sacraments, and spiritual doctrine. This entity will be completely separate from the corporate structure, ensuring legal and financial integrity.

For clarity and legal transparency, I have been advised to explicitly state that this is not a cult—this is a legitimate religious and spiritual organization that will be recognized and protected under the same laws that govern all other tax-exempt religious institutions.

Sacraments & Legal Protections

As for sacred practices, we will be following the legal precedents set by:

(UDV, Santo Daime)

✔ Native American Church

(Peyote)

✔ Temple of the True Inner Light (DMT)

✔ Oratory of Mystical Sacraments (Psilocybin)

This will be fully legally protected under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) and will include:

✅ Establishing Sacred Use Protocols – Ritual structure, community guidelines, and safety measures.

✅ Maintaining Legal Compliance – Ensuring community structure aligns with federal and state laws.

✅ Defining this as a Religious Movement – Not a psychedelic club, but an alternative secular spirituality movement with mystical theology that serves as a bridge between all major religions.

Beyond the spiritual aspect, this also ensures the organization remains nonprofit, non-prophet, and 100% tax-exempt from federal taxation.
